Spring Smoothies

Enjoy a zesty and refreshing smoothie in the Spring sunshine!
Not only will this healthy smoothie boost your energy levels, it is also packed with vitamins, minerals and countless health benefits!

All You need:

1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Sliced Banana
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Cinnamon
4 Ice Cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 20 seconds. It's that simple!

Whiz up the night before for a healthy & quick breakfast! Add a few oats to keep you full up until lunch time!
