Smoked Salmon, Mushroom & Garlic Linguine
The perfect mid-week dinner!
Serves 4

For a vegetarian option replace the smoked salmon with delicious courgette wedges!


- 200g Smoked Salmon
- 200g Mushrooms (sliced)
- 400g Linguine
- 4 Tbs Crème Fraîche
- 1 Tbsp Dill
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 1/2 Tsp Cracked Black


- In a large pan, set the linguine cooking for around 10 minutes or until al dente.

- Whilst the pasta is cooking, add a little oil to a frying pan and cook the mushrooms for around 5 minutes or until soft.

- Drain the linguine and return to the pan. Stir in the crème fraîche, garlic powder, smoked salmon trimmings, and mushrooms. Mix on a low heat for around a minute.

- Toss in all remaining herbs & spices and mix well.

Serve straight away with a lemon wedge for squeezing!
