Spiced Oat Smoothie

If you're looking for a smoothie that is healthy yet can keep you full right up until lunch time then this is the one for you!
By adding oats or nuts to smoothies you slow down the rate which your body absorbs sugar from the fruit into your bloodstream - this means that energy will be released more gradually throughout the day.

What you need:

- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1/4 Cup Oats
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/3 Cup Natural Yogurt
- 1 Apple, Cubed
- 1 Banana
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice
- 6 Ice Cubes

Add all ingredients to your blender and spin for around 30 seconds.

Pour into a glass and add a dusting of cinnamon to the top!
