Ginger, Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

A deliciously sweet creamy smoothie with a kick!
 
Not only packed with vitamins and minerals, this tasty yet healthy smoothie is perfect to nourish your body and make sure you're feeling on top form!
Ginger has some great health benefits! Acting as an anti inflammatory in the body, it's well known for its ability to sooth stomach upset and sickness.

Ingredients

- 1 Banana Sliced
- 6 Strawberries
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Cup Skimmed or Soy Milk
- 4 Ice Cubes


Method

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for around 30 seconds or until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy whilst cold!
