Chai Tea Makes 1 Jug!

A delicious combination of aromatic herbs and spices mixed with tea and milk.
Boasting fantastic health benefits from the delicious herbs and spices, Chai Tea is the perfect healthy alternative to drinking coffee! In fact, the caffeine content is actually 3 times less than that of coffee....so you can always have that extra cup!

Ingredients

- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Ground Cloves
- 1 Tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 6 Black Tea Bags
- 3 Cups Milk
- 3 Cups Water

Method

Step 1

Add milk and water to a pan and bring to a boil. Add in rest of ingredients stir well.

Step 2

Remove from heat and leave to infuse for up to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and filter through a strainer.


Enjoy hot or cold! This delicious blend can be stored in the fridge for later use!
