Wowser , a curry from scratch?

Yes indeed. Ditch the curry sauce and easily make a curry without the need for the "paste in a jar"  Make this quick curry and you will surely impress your friends, new date, or even a long suffering partner who has always said you can't cook! This is what you need for 4 people.........
Some Herbs and Spices
2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp Ground Chillies
(depends if you like it hot)
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Curry Powder
Some Veggies
2 x Ripe Tomatoes
1 x Cup of Peas
Half a Cauliflower - cut into large florets
1 x Red Bell Pepper (or standard red pepper)
1 x Sliced Onion
2 x Garlic Cloves - Finely chopped
Other Stuff
3 x Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Half to a full cup of vegetable stock (around 150ml)
Some Rice
First Job - Put the cauli in a bowl with the cumin and turmeric and toss and coat evenly. Place the oil into your wok or pan and put the cauli, mustard seeds and curry leaves into it on med/high heat for around 8 mins.
Second Job - Add the onion and pepper, stir in and cook for 5 minutes
Third Job - Put in the ginger, garlic, chilli and stir in for a minute, then add the veg stock, tomatoes and peas.
Last Job - Turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes until it's nice and tender....then eat with rice mmmmmm
