Cardamom hot chocolate recipe







                                 
All you need:

- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate, chopped
-
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
-
1 cup milk
- 3
green cardamom pods, crushed with the back of a knife
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Heat some milk and cardamom pods over a low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. In another pan heat butter and chocolate and stir until smooth. Whisking add hot milk in a steady stream remove from the heat and remove cardamom pods. Stir in vanilla and serve immediately.

Then sit back, relax and enjoy your new drink!
